What type of artwork does Studio Madiba offer?
Studio Madiba offers high-quality art prints inspired by a minimalist Japandi aesthetic and rich modern African heritage. Each piece is printed on durable, high-quality paper with lightfast pigment inks for deep, warm earth tones.
Are the artworks delivered framed?
No. Currently, all artworks are delivered unframed. This means that individual prints are carefully rolled in a sturdy tube or packed in a flat, reinforced box. Frames are packed with protective corner strips and sturdy, custom-made boxes with shock-resistant padding.
What sizes are the prints available in?
Our artworks are available in various standard sizes, ranging from 50 x 70 cm to 70 x 100 cm. On the product page for each piece, you will find a size chart to help you determine which size best suits your space.
Do you also offer custom-made or personalized sizes?
Yes, we are happy to discuss specific requirements for interior projects or non-standard sizes. Contact us via our contact form or send an email to info@studiomadiba.nl to explore the possibilities.

What is the delivery time for an order?

Netherlands & Belgium: 1 to 5 business days.

Other EU countries: 4 to 10 business days.

Outside Europe: 7 to 15 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email to follow your package.
What are the shipping costs?

Netherlands & Belgium: Free shipping on orders over €100. For orders below this amount, we charge €6.95.

International: The exact shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and the selected currency.

Which payment methods does Studio Madiba accept?
We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, among others.
Can I pay in my own currency?
Yes, you can select your preferred country and currency using our international store option in the top right of the menu. Prices are automatically converted to your local currency.
How does the welcome discount work?
When you sign up for our newsletter, you will immediately receive a unique discount code in your inbox for 10% off your first order. Enter this code during the checkout process in the shopping cart.
Returns & Warranty
What is the return policy?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The artwork must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Send clear photos of the damage and the packaging to info@studiomadiba.nl, and we will provide a replacement free of charge.
Care & Advice
How do I care for my framed artwork?

It is best not to hang the artwork in direct, bright sunlight to prevent discoloration over time.

Clean the glass and frame exclusively with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Do not use harsh cleaning products or abrasive sponges.
